Fuel Leak

Car went in for it's 160 000km service, took it in Tuesday, picked it up Friday. Drove it proper on the Sunday and noticed a leak underneath, first thought it was from the climate unit. But the rear tailgate and window was all greasy.
Took it back to the indie (Land Rover and Jaguar specialist), they denied it was anything they had done. They only changed oil, air filters and the fuel filter.
They spent 90 minutes with the car on the ramp and reckoned it was on the back fo the engine, probably the fuel rail. They would need to remove windscreen wipers and plenum to have a proper look. take about 2 hours @ 100€ / hour (i see a pattern here)
Jacked up the car today properly to see if they had fit the fuel filter wrong. But couldn't really see anything other than the bottom of the fuel filter.
The whole bottom of the car is covered in diesel, from the front slam shield all the way to the rear back doors, the 2 slam shields are obviously collecting the fuel and it's dripping out when parked up. The rear windscreen was also very greasy today, but the underside of the rear bumper was not?? - rear windscreen and tailgate haven't been greasy for about a month, which was when it was last noticed.
Easiest is to take it to a professional for them to check it over, but if i'm able to fix it myself, especially if it turns out to be a worn seal or something that the indie will charge loads for (parts plus work).
Does anyone here, more capable than me have ideas?

cheers

thanks. That's what i was thinking / hoping, but have the car jacked up still doesn't give me the necessary space to manoeuvre. 2019 RRS P400e Autobiography

Strip down around the filter as much as you can dry allaround the filter as much as poss get some one to start the beast & you should be able to see where it's coming from.

Fuel leak fixed. Turns out the hose from the injectors to the oil filter (??) had corroded and was leaking. Potentially could have been seen by the garage when they did the service.
Took 2 days for Range Rover to fix and set me back 650€.
and naturally they found something else that will need replacing but it isn't so urgent.
thanks for all the advice 2019 RRS P400e Autobiography
