Advice needed please guys on a autobiography sport 12reg
Had a couple of test drives in the said car loved it great speck really clean one owner 52000 miles fsh on test drive salesman kept going on about 2 years warranty which was a deal breaker only to be told today that he got it wrong its just a 1 year warranty
Can anyone give me any pointers on what to look for regarding the car and should i push for the 2 years or be happy with the 1 regards simon (hopefully 1st time owner)

If it is from a LR dealership it does come with the full LR 2 year warranty package etc for that year/mileage.
This also includes 2 year MOT warranty, half day off road driving course, 2 year RR Roadside assistance, which covers home, recovery, car loan etc.
If it's a independent dealer check warranty very carefully, often much not covered and it can cost thousands of pounds for certain repairs. John

Check that again with them as 5 years is normally covered.

Phone up other LR dealers to check above, but know at Hatfields that is standard policy and was told company wide. John

I have just been onto LR approved vehicles and any vehicle up to Five years old is covered by the full two year warranty, it may depend on month of registration but most listed still seem to do it even for march 2012 reg. talk them into it if it is the vehicle you want, there are plenty around, and well worth the travel to pick up the right one, if you have to add just one year LR warranty it will cost you around £1200 so knock that off price if they won't play ball, but as said plenty listed on LandRover used vehicles where you can enter many details if vehicle wanted.
