Portugal 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Cairns Blue

Happy stories. Looking forward to taking mine to north Portugal (for good!) in a few months time. Confident that the 2 of us (3 including the wife) will be happy there. Barrie.

We've booked the same place again going on the 22nd September for a week, also doing a bit of fact finding and property searching.

For those that do travel to France and use Autoroutes

https://www.saneftolling.co.uk/

£30 deposit and then you get billed for what you use at the same rate as everyone else. Benefit is that it saves so much time, especially when its a busy period. For someone like HappyHammer, you can cruise gently at a fuel saving 60/70 and still get there before all the revvy racers Smile

We've done just that for the trip. No problems at all sailed (or drove) straight through and just got the invoice through to be taken at the end of the month. I would highly recommend it but it may not suit some.

Steve.

Use the link & save us both some money!

Worked a dream this trip apart from getting into Bordeaux/A10 on Saturday evening when the T only line was shut and I got stuck in a queue of French cars whose tags had expired (the battery dies after a few years & you swap it out with Sanef) & watched all the cars we'd passed, go through on other lanes Rolling Eyes

I saved even more by signing up via Eurotunnel website: https://www.eurotunnel.com/uk/traveller-info/sanef-tolling/ The €10 application fee is waived so you only pay the €20 security deposit for the tag (plus the €6 annual management fee). I have been using it for nearly 3 years and it is indeed a time saver Thumbs Up Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top
