Black smoke. But not the tubo

Hi all. So I have a 2007 rrs v8. The last few weeks it has started to smoke. It only happens when I give it a lot of gas or it has to change down a gear. I told it to the local range rover shop. They checked every thing from the tubo, compression, exhaust. And they said everything is running as normal. The only thing they found was a small crack on the exhaust system (Which to me means they did look hard ). But we're unable to find anything wrong! Have any of you had/hread of this before?
Thanks for the fore coming help..

Would be nice to know about the oil as I have just replaced mine on 2.7 diesel and had oil at bottom of hose as well.

Black smoke out the back is unburned fuel, most likely cause is a boost leak. If it was burning oil, you would see bluey/grey smoke
