I have just bought a 2013 HSE Black Edition L320, it has a FBH, how can I tell if its timed only or timed and remote control, but the remote is missing.

Already done that, it just says "Park Heater"

As far as I know they only come with park heating. It's only the Autobiography that had remote climate unless someone has retro fitted it. 2017 SVR. SVO Scafell grey Ebony interior

It was an option on a HSE Black for remote heating. If it just says park heating on Topix then the only other way to tell is to remove the panel on the right hand side of the boot and look for the Black receiver box and aerial.

is the Antenna wire there as well,
I take it I can fit any Webasto T91 controller from a VW or Audi.

One other thing Topix says my car had a Rear ICE Remote when built, but I have no Rear DVD screens, so what does the remote do.

No, the VW ones won't work, different connector also.

If you don't have the remote kit already, then it will need enabling.  Bodsys Brake Bible
