Just finished work and whilst driving back I lost all power to my dash it just went dead, but all the lights, in car electrics and engine worked fine put in brand new battery yesterday as mine was nackered any ideas please, I plugged in my icar930 and snap on ethos diagnostic tool but no error codes

it came back to life this morning, but on my way to work it died again same as last night1

Tried unplugging and re-plugging still no joy still the same works for a while than dies than comes back alive again, I have bought a second hand replacement cluster unit, but it has got higher millage than mine about 30,000 + miles more, how can I correct the millage or will it auto calibrate?
