Trying to attach photos to a for sale post but they appear to say uploaded to galley instead of appearing as a thumbnail below the post for attachment to thread using an iPad Pro if this makes any difference?

I have never had this problem before and just used the same procedure over on Disco 3 with no problems.

Try a) powerdown the ipad and reboot

Now I cannot upload this way either BUT when I tried to upload to my galleries using the old fashioned method I got a warning that my galleries exceeded the uploading limit so I deleted a load of old pictures and uploaded the new ones the old way.
You may find that you have the same problem - your gallery folders are nearly at 100,000kb so no more pictures can be added until you remove some. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

^^^ Yes they will disappear from all threads if you delete them from your gallery.

Can you try the exact same picture on the DISCO3 system and the system here please?

It may well be a timeout problem, if you could try with a variety of sizes of photos uploaded to here - if possible download an resizing app and make resized copies and upload those.

Also only attempt one photo at a time rather than a batch.

The DISCO3 system and the one here run the same code but on different servers which has pointed me down the timeout route but the above will help me diagnose so please try them and come back to me  Like this site? Buy some RRSPORT goodies to show your support!

I was still having the problem today Tim. All past photos i have uploaded relate to threads and if I delete them they will disappear from the threads they are linked too. I dont get the problem using Disco 3 upload and never used to get the problem here until I posted this thread.
