Just had the call its had a new key as the spare was totally gone .Bonnet switch replaced as well .Regarding the remotes not working they code read it checked the wiring there hunch was its the receiver in the hot weather that weekend as its all worked perfect since .Been advised to let it develop if it every does it again that is all paid for by the warranty ,
