I have recently purchased a 2013 L320 HSE Black Edition but it does not have the HSE BLACK badge on the rear hatch?

I have been told that these badges were not applied during manufacture of the vehicle but were placed in the glove box for the supplying main dealer to fix before delivery to its new owner. Apparently some dealers did fix them and others did not, leaving them loose in the glove box?

I am trying to source one of these badges which is no longer available from Land Rover. Do you have one laying in a draw somewhere? If so, please get in touch.

I bought my Black Edition 6 months old, a couple of months later Muddywheels asked me if I had the badge and if I didn't go back to the dealer and ask, I did and they posted one out a couple of days later FOC not from LR but from the dealer MY 13 3.0 SDV6 HSE Black Edition

Thanks for the feedback. I will check with my local LR Main Dealer but probably unlikely that they will have any hanging around as the HSE Black Edition ceased manufacture in 2013 ..... 4 years ago!

You might be surprised what your local dealer can supply - they may even still be able to order one in for you especially if they have an on site crash repair/ body shop. It would even be worth your while to note your VIN when you go into the parts office too as some items will only be supplied on production of a valid VIN for special edition cars. I have contacted Dan at Duckworth Parts and he is looking into it for me. I will post the results on here to let other forum members know what the availability is like. It may be worth holding a spare if they are still available, just in case

Here is an update on my search for a 2013 RRS L320 Black edition badge.

Dan at Duckworth Parts spoke with LR Technical and he has been advised that the HSE Black badge is not available as a spare part from Land Rover

So if anyone has one lurking in their garage, shed or desk drawer, please get in touch
