Hi, I have placed an order for a My17 Autobiography RRS

I did not check the box and pay the extra £520 for heated and cooled front and rear seats,

however looking at my build sheet I see the option for 033IN Cooled/heated Fr & Rear Seats

looking at the spec sheet (attached) this is the option you get when you pay the £520, does this mean they have made a mistake and added it on or they are just upgrading for free or something.

If you have power seats does it not mean you also have the heated seats as well

the standard autobiography spec has heated and cooled seats in the front and heated in the back, if you want to add cooled seats to the back also then the option will cost £520, however I did not go for this option but have somehow got the cooled seats in the back from what I understand looking at the build sheet.

Interesting to see that LR lists the same product code for RRS and Disco 3 Zone Climate Control as being the same code as the 4 zone in the Velar! I wonder how many Velar clients will end up with 3 zone climate when they wanted 4 zone............. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Can I just ask question please.

I don't have cooled seats on the SVR the knob and indicators are there heat works, when I turn the dial. But nothing happens when I apply the cool side of the knob.
I did not see it when building the car and assumed it was part of the climate contr0l.
Any comments would be appreciated please RRS SVR 2018

Heated seats only on svr no cooling

I believe the cooling of the seats comes from a small fan and with the SVR seat, bucket type seat, there is no available space to put a fan so you can only have heated as it's done by a small electrical element.

The seats are also made by Recaro and are not branded - had the same thing with the Plus Pack "sports" seats in both my Evoques, you also cannot fit Rear Seat Entertainment (even aftermarket) to the SVR/Evoque/ F Type Jaguar Recaros because the head restraint is too small to fit a screen to and there are no steel rods to adjust the headrestraint as you have the useless 4 point harness holes in the seat backs instead.......... 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
