Had a strange one at the w/e. The radio was on but there was no sound & the touch screen would not let you select anything once you were on the radio section.

This continued for 30/45 minutes, drove to Land Rover & they suggested hard reset.

However before i could go home & book it in I made a call on my mobile using the cars blue-tooth. As soon as i dialed a number the radio came on & has been working fine ever since.

Anyone had a similar issue? Hopefully it wont happen again, concerned i may have pressed something? Newbie to the world of the RRS... Purchased 1st one in April 2017, currently blown away by the ride & quality. Lets hope that feeling long continues.

i often get little quirks like that. Yesterday i switched to my music by bluetooth on my phone and the sound came out of the phone instead of the car audio, whilst displaying the track etc on the screen. did it several times. had to turn ignition and phone off and then it restarted ok and has been fine since. Merc C220 estate Sport AMG

Disconnect the battery for 10s or so. No need to reset, just lift one of the terminals off and put it back on.

Had exactly the same as you today. Radio worked fine out on the outward journey - didn't work at all on the return.
Made a call on the phone - hey presto - radio works.  Barrie.
