In control secure not updating

In control secure app has stopped updating since yesterday. Showing car location but no change in locked or unlocked status.
Have deleted and re-installed app. Anybody else had this problem?

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 Autobiography Firenze Red

I have this issue (on Android) and closing the app fully (rather then switching it) and opening works for me.
