The bottom door side skirt spoilers won't stay on, the previous owner had them all colour coded to match the main body, had the car for about two months, replaced the drivers door skirt with new clips from eBay, stayed firm for a couple of door closes then they pop off at the bottom, removed the skirt and straightened the skirt support and glued them in place so that the front clip remains straight to clip onto the other part of the clip, same happened again, replaced the clips with genuine Land Rover parts, guess what same happens again after a few door closes, the skirt clips onto every clip ok when fitting back on car, now affaid to drive the car in case they fall off, my previous sport never had this before, now a 2010my , does anyone know which glue will glue the two halves together ok? Thanks

Mine is like this too and I've resorted to duct tape. It's only the ones on the front doors, the rears are fine. Mine are slightly damaged, however, which I've always assumed is the cause.

I have thought about making flush panels to replace the skirts, but it's never been annoying enough to make me get on and do it.  2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

The LR mod is to use 4 black clips (2 each end I think) which aren't 2 part clips.

Silicon glue is good too

Tried Velcro but the skirt is not tight enough to door frame to attach to, just tried upvc glue on a spare clip which seems to have stuck, was thinking of silicon adhesive between both parts, but was hoping for a LR solution to this, when I brought the clips the parts man said he had never heard of the problem. Is the LR mod available to fit and buy ? Thanks

The best glue to use is 3m Permabond or any 2 part structural adhesive. Holds anything together forever... 2018 Telsa MS

The idea is you put them in the end positions so they don't come apart

Standard response to any issue, sadly. LR dealerships deny that anything goes wrong with their vehicles and yours is always the only one that has exhibited those symptoms.  2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
