Hi, I have just bought a 2013 sport which does not have the iPod cable connection installed, and I have an old iPod classic without bluetooth connectivity, so am thinking of buying a new iPod with bluetooth.

Has anyone or does anyone know if you can connect iPod via Bluetooth for music and Galaxy S7 phone via bluetooth for phone calls at the same time?

I wouldn't be able to do it on my 2010 3.0 litre but the USB input and a drive loaded with music works well and comes up on the screen with contents and performers.

2013 models don't use the curly cable - just use a standard USB cable in the slot under the armrest. Lightning or 30 pin as applicable.

Use genuine, aftermarket one's have been known to glitch or not charge.

I believe it is one or the other. Either a connection via the USB or connection via Bluetooth. Not both.

My 13MY HSE Black used to flash up a warning that connecting the USB disabled the Bluetooth.
