Put on some new wheels today

Have over 25,000 miles so the tires got to the point where I wanted to change them (4/32"). Ended up toying with some summer tires but decided in the end to get the same Continental Cross Contacts that came with the vehicle. Researched some take offs on a whim and ended up finding a new set of the L405 ATB rims, even bought a fifth rim to match the full size spare.

Also I've had my front pads changed twice for squeaking under warranty and the third set did great for awhile but recently have started squeaking again. Going aftermarket ceramic when it's time to change.

I think both sets of 22s look great but it's a nice change of pace. Here's before and after pictures. Just had the car fully detailed today as well! Mr. Green

If we all point our RR's in the same direction and accelerate at the same time can we turn back time?

Love firenze I'm on my 3rd sport in that colour.

I must say whilst I'm not keen on the new alloys I love where you live and the street in the background, very jealous!

Colour does look great in the sun!
Front tints make a difference too, are those legal in your country/state?

Thanks guys! We have been lucky with nice weather recently. We will pay for it though as the summer is rather brutal here. I'd love to visit the UK again, I haven't been over since 1998.

Yes, we can tint the front windows up to 30% I believe. It's only illegal to go too dark or to tint the windshield below the top portion. All the RRS here have the passenger and back windows as privacy glass as standard.

I agree both sets look great. LR does a nice job with the OEM rims. Thumbs Up 2016 SCV8 Dynamic - Firenze Red/Pimento
