It is impossible to use a drop of petrol with a Tesla...
Congrats, I like the Tessa's a lot. If they would offer a Range extender, I would own already one.
But I understand, it's not part of the company philosophy.

No need for a range extender, plenty of range and changing points. The satnav planning is simply brilliant for charging. 2018 Telsa MS
