I think the square exhausts are not engine dependent but spec dependent - only available on the HSE Dynamic model (the highest model). There are plenty of pics of real cars on Instagram search #rangerovervelar and #velar and the lower spec cars have metal exhausts facing down rather than the square tips.

Thanks.... on the configurator the square exhausts appear on the 3.0 diesel whatever the trim you select, but again I don't really trust the configurator!

Are you sure about that? I just spec'd the lowest SE model with a 3.0d and there are no square exhausts.. |

RRSman if you do get to drive one for a decent amount of time, please provide your detailed view (as objective as possible) here, especially compared to a Sport with Dynamic pack and F-Pace S (if you have driven one). Apart from the drive, also interested in finding out how well the infotainment works in real life as LR don't have a great track record there, particularly with new models or when onboarding newer systems.

Hi, Yes, 3.0d S model (r-dynamic) gives you the square exhausts, according to the configurator, so would love some clarification from the people at Solihull..... Cheers, Ranger4 |

Me too on the way shortly. Got 10.00 slot. I've got one ordered and am really on the fence with this car. This will hopefully make my decision. Just about to jump in my rrs dynamic for the hours drive |

In the same boat, think it looks fantastic, but there are lots of uncertainties for me with engines, trims and specs at the moment. Need to see a few in the flesh first...... Hope you had a great day! Ranger4 |
