Agree with donny, rear quarter and spoiler junction just looks wrong... why not continue the black line straight across where it meets the spoiler rather than heading up at 90 degrees?

The load floor has probably been raised to accommodate the 3 batteries that it will be equipped with to cope with electrical demand!!!!!

With the big C&D pillars one Land Rover philosophy has been blown out of the water with the Velar............. Land Rover supposedly designs cars that you can see all four corners/ extremities of the car from the driver's seat. I doubt that will apply to the Velar and reversing / surround cams and Blind Spot monitoring will be must have extras to get around the blind spots from the A pillar/ mirror area and the C/D pillars. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I caught a glimpse of the Velar article in What Car in the supermarket (quite a long glimpse actually! ) and it was interesting to see that they describe it as the Evoque's bigger brother, or words to that effect. That puts it in its place in the range! |

S'funny but to me the Velar is the RRS for people who don't want the off road gubbins. It's more RRS-lite than Evoque-XL to my mind. With air suspension and a decent output engine, it will make the RRS look a bit pointless.
