IID does everything else. And there customer service is 2nd to none

I am having some trouble and getting the Message 'Linking Error' on my code reader which has OBD11,EOBD,& CAN BUS. 2006 4.2 S/C with Tow Pack, Side Steps, DRL's, 19" & 20" wheels, additional 110 ltr Fuel Tank Roof Rack and performance mods.

Here's the Version 8 application data list for it, I was looking at buying one to reset my SRS warning on my P38, but not for my early model. So off to someone with a testbook. I was told it was unlocked for all models but a separate cable/adaptor may be needed for certain things.
