Can l add my own POIs to a 2017 car or not
Car has the new media system

I had a quick look at this and I suspect not!

I have downloaded the free map upgrade for my car and that does not have any obvious POI files which could be added to.

Also a number of posts on the "Here" (the company who provides the maps) forum says it is not possible unless you are a developer and use the Here developers kit.

I was trying to modify the 'Safety Camera' alerts which on my car only bleep (fairly quietly) about 10 metres before a camera. It does not give me time to react, which is obviously not a problem as I never drive over the speed limit!

Many thanks for your prompt reply what you wanted to add was also my plan so very dissappointed we are unable to acheive that.
With my previous 2015 model all that was acheivable so again very diappointed.
