Anyone know the EPB re-set procedure? (for after you have changed pads)?

Bodsy's Brake Bible has details of how to set up the EPB when shoes and pads have been changed. Have a look on or around page 27

If we all point our RR's in the same direction and accelerate at the same time can we turn back time?

Seen that, but the TRW rear calipers on this car have the EPB motors on the back of the caliper, and the handbrake is done by clamping of the main pads, not mini brake drums in the centre "bell" of the disc.

Same, one reason I prefer black. Also black rims are easy to touch up. M16 SVD8 ,4.4 HSE with a few extras, Sold R50 , Wife SQ5 , BMW R1200GSW.

Just an update.

I found the EPB "service mode" secret (same as current Evoque), and replaced all the pads without any issues. Wear sensors - you will always need new ones as they won't come out of the old pads without breaking. At 23k miles, the OE front pads were about 60% worn, the rears more like 80%.

EBC Red stuff pads work well - really good pedal "feel", stopping power, and progression, and at least 75% less dust! After 600 miles last week the wheels didn't look too bad at all. They would have been almost totally black with the OE pads. MY2016 HSE D SDV6 - gone due to fuel dilution problems.

Front - DP32064C
Rear - DP32161C

The UK EBC site "parts finder" lets you select them, there is an option for "Brembo". MY2016 HSE D SDV6 - gone due to fuel dilution problems.
