This section has finally got to me. I thought my car looked OK, Jet wash at the local garage, quick blast down the road to dry it off followed by a wipe down with Autoglym Rapid detailer & Autoglym fast glass. Looked good to me, however looking close, maybe I could have two swirl marks on the bonnet, but only noticed when parked in the Sun.

I know there is not much wrong, as the car is parked under cover, not used much, circa 44k miles to date. So begs the question, do I buy a orbital polisher and sort it out or make it worse NO, let the experts do it

So car is not only clean, it's spotless meeting with the painter chap bad news, talk about eyes like a sniper, basically after a quick glance at my car, I have more swirl marks than I have ever noticed, scratches, chips, paint damage due to bird , plus wheel kerb damage.

Gone - A couple of RRS, A couple of Disco's. However thinking of another Sport.

you will be buying: 3 buckets, a pre wash, a snow foam, plain shampoo, tar removers, fall out removers, clay bars, polishes, sealants, waxes. Then there's the mitts, mixed brushes, the towels, the microfibres cloths for this and that. Lol

And I keep a small selection of this in my car. The rest along with my pw takes up 2 garden storage containers.lol
Just so you didn't think I was joking. ( a selection of everything apart from the buckets.lol)

You forgot the Halfords yellow jumbo sponge

Lambs wool wash mit for me,,,,I wouldn't even use a sponge on my wheels.

Turtlewax Ice spray wax is good quick dealer. Provides instant shine and makes easier to remove the dust and dirt.

Anyone else getting depressed how dirty their cars are? Combination of the weather and work means my black RRS is grey/brown. Hopefully today's storm might help a bit!

Hot sunny day, lot of those, my Sport lives in Spain.
Anyway car painting touching up will be finished by Thursday-ish
So far all the wheel/rim marks have all been sorted, I can never comprehend how these marks get on there in the first place

I got a 15.4ltr one from Daqua, I've had it 18 months, it was 15 months before I had to change the minerals which is Tulson mb115.
It does what it says, after a final rinse off there's no rush to dry off, and sometimes I even just leave it to dry the first use I had a little bit of spotting but now it's fine, I test it every time before I use it and Im still getting 000ppm. Before the filter it's 358 ppm.
