Headlamp adjustment for euro driving

Hi , we have a rrs 4.2sc , we are going to France with the car and need to know how to adjust the headlamps . Some are saying there is a lever to move at the back of the headlights is this accessible with out removing the headlights or do they have to come out . I have also read that some do not need any adjustment . I think our headlights are possibly adaptive as they dip up and down when turning on ..

Took our 4.2 touring Europe.just undo the main access on the back of the lamp, one for swapping the main bulb, with a bit of searching around you will find the lever. Just switch it in the opposite direction and it's all done.

headlights come out easily once the grill has been removed. Worth learning. And finding the leaver for the first time.
