Flat in the drive with new wheels waiting

Never been a fan of 22" and once again 4 weeks later another flat, I think I might have 2. In the meantime I have 4 new 20" alloys and Hankook tires sitting in my garage waiting to be installed Not sure if this is a blessing or dumb blind luck! 2018 Telsa MS

20's are a decent compromise, and Hankook tyres very good too. I went for 19's for some extra comfort and pot-hole / kerb rash proofing Wink
It's supposed to be a Range Rover, not a bloody F1 car!! You can't see the eyes of the demon until him come callin'

Up and running again, feels more sure footed than the 22"s I had before. Better ride and the Hankooks are quieter, I'm going to have the alignment checked on Friday going from 22" to 20" just want to make sure.... 2018 Telsa MS

Welcome back to the world of sensible shoes!
Alignment shouldn't need doing unless you've changed any suspension components or have uneven tyre wear on the previous set? Then again, worth doing if you've just paid out a king's ransom for new set of boots Wink You can't see the eyes of the demon until him come callin'

Good point, I'll have a good look at the tires (I'm a Canadian) tonight. Thanks for thanks for the advice. 2018 Telsa MS

It's worth getting the alignment dobe anyway, it goes out with time and wear and makes a big difference to how it drives. What tyre size did you fit, I'd like something with a bit more profile

Ended up with gloss black Supercharge 20" alloys with Hankook Ventus ST 275/40 20 tires. They fill the wheel arch nicely and look better than the 22"s. 2018 Telsa MS

Went over to ALS in Bracknell today and had the alignment done. Sure enough it was due, a good run on the motorway it felt much better than yesterdays run. 2018 Telsa MS
