Service Cost - Year 4 'B' Service Cost

My 2013 HSE Black is due for its Annual Service later this month - which I am advised is the 'B' Service.

My local dealer has quoted £495 all in. A local independent Land Rover specialist has quoted £390.

Any thoughts on whether these costs sound about right and whether it is worth paying the extra for the 'official' service?

Mine is now due it's B service 120k, although it's only done 79k. Here's some of the prices I've received 2.7tdv6
Dealer price £450 all parts labour an vat, no mot
Independent 1, £351.24 mot seperate
Independent 2, (inc mot) £460 inc vat.

Hi,
had our B service 96k done at Main Dealer £450 sort of money
Whats the rest of your service book stamped by Question if its all main dealer may be worth adding another one, if some Indp may as well stick that way.

either way don't get them to do the pollen filter and save £50 Shocked 30 sec to pop it out and have a look, if needs replacing do it yourself
