Given the cost of our Range Rovers and their marketing at the top end, isn't is about time they started building them for the world climate, afterall they are a world car, rather than the wet dank climate of the UK.

Unfortunately it is not the usual fading, clouding and discolouration - the plastic is crazing and cracking so even with rubbing and spraying the cracks remain. 07MY RRS TDV6 Arctic Frost Aspen Interior |

Jokes aside, Gary's right. The koreans/japanese/Thai all do better with products that last. There is no excuse today the material spec for what is required should be well known. SWMBO owns this car I get to drive occasionally |

Exactly and I am sure that our Consumer authorities ruled in the early 2000s that clear coats had to be UV stable as car companies were rejecting paint claims because of UV damage forcing authorities to step in.

Well as you can see - I do have an issue on my 2007 in Canberra - you only have half the UV as Canberra as it rains up your way every second day - you know the saying Queensland - Beautiful one day - raining the next 07MY RRS TDV6

The damage to my headlight covers is now getting extreme - can you buy just the clear covers by them self or is the headlight with cover a complete unit?
