Anyone here use wheel Spinners? You know the contraption that is afixed onto the rims...and keeps spinning even after the car stops moving.

I am convinced spinners will go the way of every other garish car fad, like wood side panels, Baby on Board! signs, underbody neon lights, Garfield-butt-sticking-out-of-a-window, and so on. A few years from now we will look back and laugh at the poor taste we used to have "back then". Even here in urban and trendy Southern California, people seem to be catching on, as spinners don't seem nearly as popular as they were a year or two ago on cars you normally expect to see them on, such as most Cadillacs, Navigators, and similar beauties with chrome plated fuel filler flaps playing hip-hop music at 6 millions dB. I haven't seen a Sport with spinners yet, thank God, and Range Rovers are a dime-a-dozen on L.A. streets. |

I think spinner is an ugly sh*t. Maybe it is ok for cars like hummer h2, but not range rover defenetely! 2014 Mercedes-Benz S500

In Oz spinners are normally limited to vehicles with number plates such as "FULLSIK", "DMNTD", "SIKWRX" etc
