All my RRS's, FFRR's and Evoques have had a heated front screen, I thought it was standard on them............... but at the moment my RRS has only half a heated front screen and last week when the screen was well iced up on the passenger side (the side not working) it wasn't long before there was warm enough air coming out of the vents on the MAX setting to start melting the ice (was cold enough here that the spray can de-icer thawed a bit of screen and then the melt water froze again at -10c!). Anyway next week I'll have a new windscreen fitted under warranty. One thing I had not noticed before though is that the front and rear screens switch on automatically below about 4c on start up - had never noticed that before. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Yes the kits are still available, and of course, Bodsy is still around and carrying out great work.

Just bumping this back up, even though the weather is hot hot hot! At the moment, I've been fitting a few of these over the last couple of weeks.

It’s usually down to an old battery. Change the battery for a good spec one and reset the battery monitoring system. Bodsys Brake Bible

Hi. I’ve ordered an IIDtool from GAP and the Timed Climate was not activated.
