Check Brake Pad Wear ?? help please...

Hi folks, just collected swmbo from work, and on the way down the road had the message Check Brake Pad Wear illuminate...now to ask the question, does it apply to all four wheels or the front two only ? Brembo's fitted on front Thumbs Up 2007, HSE, Cairnes Blue, Factory tints, Love it !!!

Dependant on Year, but I thought just one sensor on front and one on rear, cannot recall which sides. Question John
