2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Cairns Blue

Oil Temperature Sensor.. Where Is It ???

Hi folks , quite a simple question to ask, could someone please tell me where the oil temperature sensor is as i know mine is on the blink. Also how much ?? and how easy to do ? thanks in advance 2007, HSE, Cairnes Blue, Factory tints, Love it !!!

It's in the bottom of the sump.

Sensible to change the oil at the same time unless you are practiced in fitting a sensor with oil pouring out.

Don't do it with a hot engine!

Hi Andy, thank you for the reply, if its in the sump does it have to be removed to get to ?? thanks (i thought it was on the outside) 2007, HSE, Cairnes Blue, Factory tints, Love it !!!

Sump doesn't need removing

Yes it's on the outside and pokes through to the inside
