Rhodium paint match?

Hi there,
My rhodium interior door handles are a bit scrappy (particularly in the rear) and I was wondering
If anyone knows if there is a decent aerosol paint match?, I'd rather give this a go than spend
Out £100 + on new plastic handles got to be worth a go? Regards,

Danny

Hi Andy K,

It sounds like you have tried this without much success? Regards,

Danny

not really. Just know what aerosols are like. Even if you do get a good finish it's unlikely to last. make sure you lacquer it

Hi Andy,
Yes I think plenty of lacquer probably satin to get somewhere near the original finish!
There are some great pre primer etching and adhesion products on the market at the moment
I have painted a few plastic bits of trim (mainly external) but nothing that has the wear and tear
Usage that a handle has?, if I can get a silver/grey match I'll give it a go while I save up for some
Lined oak handles! Regards,

Danny

Mitsubishi used a paint called Rhodium silver on their Shogun Pinin range. Might be worth enquiring.
