Your car is a 2009 build but a 2010 MY. Your Land Rover stealer will confirm this, or just look on

Just typed your reg into euro car parts and it says 2010 3.0 which is the facelift model. I think it might be a 59 plate 2010 model which is the earliest facelift without DPF filter. Do the exhaust tail pipes come out straight or bend down? Looking at the picture it has oval exhaust tips which are normally fitted when the actual exhaust bends down. |

DPF = Diesel Particulate Filter - it removes some of the more polluting lumps out of the emissions, it's a pain if you do mainly city stop start driving and needs the car to be taken for a blast to force a regeneration. You are lucky if your 59 plater doesn't have one as it must be one of the last RRS's not to have one as all diesel cars have been required to have one since 2010 IIRC. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
