iPhone 7 works for phone on Bluetooth but not for music

Hi all,

As the topic states I have a RRS 2013 new shape and the audio is flaky at best. The iPod connection works on and off and then my phone connects by Bluetooth with everything working but then when I try and use it for playing music from the phone it always says connection failed?

Any ideas.

Wales 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Lux Sumatra Black

I'm not sure if it's the same as the 2012 model as it has updated unit, but
Have you ensured you have Bluetooth communications set between both items?
The handbook (car and phone) explains how to do this, just in case.
You select play, once selected from the menu, on the car screen, not by using your iPhone. John
