I'm sorry but I only know one place that will do it and they require a lot of proof of ownership - all LR dealers can reprogramme keys in the UK 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I don't think you will find the MSV-2 with the appropiate software will allow you to progamme new keys for a Facelift RRS1, however it will do it on the pre-facelift 05-09 cars.
