Nice truck, i had a work Amarok for a year in Gibraltar when they first came out and really liked it. We used to pull RHIB boats up a very steep slipway. I just used to put it in low range and haul it up with a trailer and RHIB and it never phased it! I was rather sad that i had to give it back!! 2003 BMW M5 - 5 Litres of V8 Optimax Slurping Goodness in Carbon Black

One of my neighbours is on his 4th one................... in a year. The previous 3 have been returned to VW with unacceptable faults.... currently he is using his 15 year old Defender HiCap pickup as Amrok No4 got taken away on a flatbed yesterday...... seized gearbox at 3 weeks old........... And we think LR has quality problems! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

its under warranty Ady so it will just go back if any problems,,ive heard horror storys on here about the RRS but it has never put me off buying them. With any brand wether it be a car,tv,bike you will always hear the negative points on the internet but very rare the positive.Thats the reason I always buy with manufacturers warranty

One thing that has impressed is VW's attitude to the issues - seems to be replacement vehicle without question, seems that there may be some rogue cars in VW just like all other makers! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Why do you need a bullbar Tyrefitter? Are there herds of wild animals in Yorkshire nowadays? Gone - 2008 Stornoway Grey RRS 2.7 TDV6

Is the bull bar above the bumper, I thought they were outlawed as they were effecting the crash sensors readings in an impact. I know Jeep stopped fitting them in 2005. Life's too short to drive boring cars !

Winch bumpers are legal for some strange reason, fitted a full ARB one to a Defender once. It lowered the front by almost 2 inches.
