Rear wiper. How many wipes

So. I'm new to Range Rover ownership. But have had a disco 3 for the last 5 years
My question is how many times does the rear wiper continue to wipe after the washer has been applied and then turned off?
Used mine this morning. Quick wipe on off was fine. Turn on wipe with a quick apply of the washer fluid. Then turned of the wipers. Wiper continued to wipe 7 times at about 10sec intervals there after. Any else have there's do this?
Had a read of the owners manual, and this may be the case. But dealer can disenable!
Any thoughts would be great.
Don't won't to keep wiping a dry screen

You should see how long the L494's carries on after you press the washer button! Longer than the L320's but with fewer wipes. And you know it hasn't finished because when it has the wiper disappears under the spoiler, when still part way through it sits at an angle across the glass. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
