RRS forum, really ?




Ive put a few posts up before, i pushed it to the bottom of the drive and left it.

Now im ready to try again Laughing

Its a 2.7 tdv6

I have totally rebuilt it,,,

brand new....

crankshaft
con rods
head gaskets
turbo
the list is endless

put it back together and it was perfect. 100miles later, thats how it now is in the vid

any ideas before i take body back off

I don't know if you could remove/loosen 1 injector at a time and disconnect the elec plug.
Run it and see if you can narrow down which cylinder is causing the problem.

That head can be removed body on or body off.

Be easier to disconnect the egr coolant pipes first.
