2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Sumatra Black

Alpine Dvd player not ejecting

Hi the alpine Dvd player I the rear of our 06 plate rrs sc will not eject the cartridge , the lights are all on but when the eject button is pushed nothing happens . Any idea's ,thanks
