Does the screen respond to touch at all or just the two manual buttons underneath? |

The touch screen seem to be working fine |

OK I'm afraid I cant help then. My touch screen had frozen and I fixed it by cleaning debris from the contacts but this obviously isn't the case with your colleagues car. |
