On my 2008 TDV8 I used the horn fuse. So, if your horn works with ignition off then you know it's a permenant live. Not sure how similar the wiring is on a 2016 RRS but just look for the horn symbol on your fuse diagram. See link below for more on how I did mine if it helps

I found the glove compartment fuse box in MY16 to have very limited circuits so ended up tapping into the luggage compartment fuse box instead. Used fuse 54 (trailer) for perm live and fuse 44 (wiper) for switched live.
