There is a white 25a fuse under the bonnet for them. |

Not sure if they work unless seat belts are fastened, but I may be way off with that. Could just be coincidence that I don't feel them warming up until I've buckled up. I'm in the shed, I'll be back in the real world in a minute. |

Mine work without seatbelt did have to replace drivers side base element, put a new foam in at same time, which made the seat much more comfy. Element and foam were £95 for both took about an hour to fit . Nanocom Evo |

Probably just me then. To be fair I only switch mine on once I've put my belt on. I have tried to switch the passenger seat on for my wife before she gets in (who says chivalry is dead?) but it doesn't warm up quick enough for me to check.

If no one is sitting in my front passenger seat, normally wife, the seat will not heat till she is in and buckles up.

I tried it and the passenger seat does heat up without the seatbelt being fastened. I'm in the shed, I'll be back in the real world in a minute. |

Hi Jaggs, looks like I am going to have to do this also. Do you have any tips or things to watch out for when doing this? Did you do it with the seat still fixed in the car? Thanks Ian |
