Storing cds on divx

Can anyone assist? I am trying to upload cds onto the divx system in our car, it's only the standard sound system & I have registered online & set up an account & uploaded the program sent to me into the car by USB, I then got a message saying everything was complete but I cannot seem to save cds either in the car or online into my account? I assume this is similar to I cloud but do we need to re purchase all cds online so to speak?

Any help would be appreciated, I'm usually tech savvy but cannot seem to get this? Very little info in the manual or online?

Thanks in advance

Malc

DivX is a video codec, and although I've not registered/used it on my RRS then I'd expect it likely you have just unlocked the use of this codec so you can now play video's formatted with it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DivX

For uploading CD's, DivX isn't required, just put in the cd, and follow the menu to store it to one of ten locations.

EDIT: Apologies - I just noticed this is in the L494 section of which I have no idea about how to upload cd's, although the DivX codec info is likely still correct.

Thanks for the reply, I have Finally found the menu to load the 10 cds onto the virtual changer, not as clear as it could be in the handbook!

It does work, but takes ages to read each CD. MY2016 HSE D SDV6 - gone due to fuel dilution problems.
