Sygic app

Hi all, I tried the trial of the Sygic app yesterday and from what I have it seems unusable, in that whenever it gives you voice guidance a popup obscures the entire display complaining about telephone audio. This means I can have the voice or the map, but not both.

Is there a setting or something to stop this - or is it as useless as it seems?

Many thanks
Nick

I'll have a look later - I no longer use Sygic as they took money (several times) for the speed camera display that doesn't work.

ETA: Spotify is brill'.

Sygic works perfect in my RRS with all features since January 2015.
But I mostly use the installed regular navigation, as JLR made the idiotic override of all running systems in incontrol apps, once a phone call is running, navigation is off.

This shows all the actual arrogance and ignorance of JLR, as if sygic runs on the phone itself, it runs smooth parallel to a phone call!

By the way, I dont have Problems with Voice guidance, runs smooth.
I can check for you my settings this Friday, not earlier as I am in Italy and Southern France with a (horrible) rental X5 and my RRS is far from me at home... ;-(

InControl wasn't developed by JLR.

Makes no difference as JLR is responsible for their product (and Settings) as every other car brand.
