[Wanted] WANTED RRS 3.6 TDV8

Hey Guys after I went with my uncle to see a BMW today for him, he drove my car as I had just finished work, when we arrived to the location where the car was he was disappointed and on the way back he came to the conclusion that he would like a RRS TDV8 similar to mine

He is looking at a budget of £10,000.00

so if anyone knows of one for sale in that range please let me know

Thanks

Mani G

That's more like the fuel budget to run it. Very Happy Rolling with laughter

I do agree though, that won't pick up anything any good for that sort of money, and will be a old model I'm afraid.
Servicing etc with these cars is also very expensive, so be sure you can afford annual service etc.
Get a good warranty, it will be to old to purchase the Land Rover Warranty which I believe is easily the best (Also it includes car recovery to a Range Rover Garage, etc). Smile Wink John

A TDV8 at £10k is going to be leggy - well over 100k miles probably. A warranty at that mileage will be fairly limited.

Expect to have four-figure bills per year to properly service it and deal with the inevitable issues. As for fuel...20-25mpg is realistic.

Good luck with your search. Thumbs Up 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Yeah, town isn't great for fuel, especially if you show off how well a 2.5 tonne diesel 4x4 steps away... Whistle Rolling with laughter

I get about 22mpg most of the time in mixed use. A bit less urban, a little bit more on dual carriageway runs. But hey, who buys one for the fuel economy? Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
