Hi,

I need to look into having a commercial website built for one of our businesses. It needs to be able to trade online and take credit card payments with a simple product catalogue.

Anyone know anyone good and reliable? I have never used anyone for this before and don't wish to be monkied about.

Can recommend Hostway - all the admin's web-based and you can add/remove components as and when you want. Dependent on the package you go for, you get a database thrown in - ASP and/or PHP, a credit card gateway, the choice of Windows or Linux platform - all the usual suspects.

Edit: Actually RRUK having re-read your post, I wonder if I've misunderstood what you want. Do you actually want someone to produce the site for you? The company above is a hosting company, you provide the code & content.

Hmm - professional development time is costly, if you want to do anything other than the most basic site. Can you give me more of an idea of what it is you want to achieve?
