Saying that a TDV8 Disco sounds an interesting idea Thumbs Up

2 completely different cars to drive, admittedly

I need the practicality of the D3, but want more power Mr. Green

Gone about as far the 2.7 will go, without sacrificing reliability Big Cry

And, I like doing things I have been told can't be done. Nice bit of publicity if to all goes to plan, like the last project Wink

Re TDV8 Sport

Have to agree it looks far to tidy a vehicle to strip Mike, Big Cry but at least you know you have a good engine/donor vehicle.

Pity you couldn't get something coming along that's had a rear end shunt and has no future other than being stripped. Thumbs Up

Re TDV8 Sport

I would love to have a cheap Disco or Sport that I didn't need to worry about for Offroad use and other outdoor activities Whistle To replace my old Frontera.

But would need to be a lot worse condition than the Sport you have Mike ,Going by the picture. Laughing Thumbs Up

You're putting a TDV8 in a D3?, I suppose if it fits in the Sport it shouldn't be too difficult in the D3?, great project I hope it goes well for you Thumbs Up.

Oh and if you're breaking that Sport after you've had the engine let me know Wink .
