I heard that Evil or Very Mad

Laughing

Well I survived handover and back home - had to stop for fuel because it had none in it when collected and only 19 miles of electric Shocked

Had to read handbook to work out fuel cap filler but remembered to put in petrol not diesel Embarassed

Still £1.09 petrol vs £1.12 diesel was a nice surprise Mr. Green

Will post some pics later for anyone interested - if not don't look Wink Wanted a Series 2 LR since childhood but previously owned MY16 Disco Sport HSE TD4 Auto, MY13 RR Sport Black Edition TDV6 Auto, MY10 RR Sport HSE TDV6 Auto, 2007 Freelander 1 Freestyle TD4 Soft Top, 2009 Freelander 2 GS TD4 Auto, 2007 Freelander 2 GS TD4, 2004 Disco 2 Metropolis Auto, 2002 Disco 2 GS, 2000 Freelander 1 SE TD4 SW

I have to admit that since retiring most of my ladies and majority of my own are less than 20 mile round trip so I have been looking at the PHEVs.

I find the company's website unhelpful particularly about relief use. The expected battery life and replacement costs seem to be well hidden so hopefully MW will be able to enlighten us.

Don't dessert us Muddy. The PHEV forum is dire, by the way.

Shocked here in North Wales (Kinmel Bay) since a new Asda Fuel Station recently opened, its started a price war, those participating are currently charging 104p per Litre, both for Diesel and Petrol, Morrisons was the first store to match. Obviously it won't last, but having several 50 Litre sealed fuel containers, filling them each day at the moment. Yes I know you can only store so much without a licence. Wink John
