I had an email from LR over a recent service and named the LR dealership, but it then went into several pages on any problems with car, other aspects as score for telling people, would I purchase another, a section on why I wouldn't buy another etc etc Is this the same as being discussed? As put in all my complaints of car, as well as being ripped off for new 2016 maps for HDD when they are not updated as still the same 2014 maps virtually. John
