hi all, just done a quick scan with iid tool and came up with this code in engine section p0404-00 68, from what I've read it seems to be faulty/sticking Egr, car seems fine although I do drive like miss daisy so wouldn't no if lacking top end power. Can anyone confirm its def Egr & if so will blanking them solve issue or does a repair need to be carried out first before blanking.

EGR valve cleaner, then good run on motorway, like you stole it and also put injector cleaner in fuel tank!

Hi mani, would that be Egr removal to clean, had new near side Egr valve in February this year so presuming it's prob offside thats faulty/bunged up.

no try put EGR Cleaner in Fuel tank first be fore contemplating EGR Valve removal, 90% Cheap Fix about £10.00 for a decent bottle of EGR Valve cleaner from Halfords or Euro Car Parts,
