I have just noticed that on my 11 month old RRS with the standard front brakes the Black anodized type finish seems to be fading on the N/S caliper.. Has anyone else seen the same??

Will try, intend to take the car in this week so that Taunton Land Rover can look at and prepare for all the warranty issues before the due service date.

Visited dealer yesterday. The Tech looked at the faded colour on the caliper and said its fairly common, most do it due to the heat from braking. The paint is heat resistant but fades.. No colour code match alas.. Semi upset over this as the car has only covered 4K miles from new.. which is nothing.. So may bring this up again when it goes into the dealer for the first service and all the warranty issues. D4 2012 Santorini Black gone RRS 2013 Santorini HSE Black gone MY2016 RRS HSE Dynamic arrived September, but will it stay.. maybe not. |
